The (Fence Box) 2.75 2-way End Post Kit 8 ft from Aluglobus Aluminum Systems is an aluminum fence end post kit for the point where a slat fence run stops: against a wall, beside a gate opening or at the end of a property line. It is built on the same 2.75 2-way post used along the rest of the run, boxed with the hardware to fix slats and rails on the working side and a cover strip to close off the side that has nothing attached.
The post is extruded from 6063-T6 aluminum and finished with AAMA 2604 super-durable powder coating. The price list marks the kit MADE IN USA and gives its usage as pedestrian gates, fence and wall topper.
Compare that with the standard (Fence Box) 2.75 2-way Post Kit 8 ft, which is packed with 14 L-brackets, 4 bottom spacers and 8 screws and has no cover strip. The end kit carries 7 L-brackets, 1 bottom spacer and 2 screws, plus the cover strip, because only one side of the post holds slats.
A 2.75 2-way post is designed to take slat panels on two opposite sides, which is exactly what you want in the middle of a run. At the end of a run, one of those sides is left empty. This kit gives that post a finished face by covering the blank side instead of leaving an open channel on show.
Note that the price list gives the end kit's usage as pedestrian gates, fence and wall topper, while the standard 2-way post kit also lists sliding gates. If your end post will sit next to a sliding gate, check the setup with us first.
The 2.75 2-way end post is listed in Black, Bronze and White. In the kit inclusions, the cover strip and the #12×2" self-tapping screws are listed as Black for every color. If an exact color match on the blank side matters on a Bronze or White fence, ask our team before you order.
This kit belongs to the Oct / Nov Gen 3.0 Fence Box release, and some colors may be listed as coming soon. Confirm current stock for your color before you set an install date or book a crew.
Sketch the layout first. Mark where every run starts and stops, then count end posts and line posts separately so each position gets the right kit. Check your opening widths and post spacing against your slat length before ordering, and follow the included instructions and your local code for footings or surface mounting.
The kit does not include slats, slat spacers or mounting hardware. For slab or wall mounting, the 2.75 2-way post baseplate is sold separately. The kit is listed in Black, Bronze and White. The cover strip and the self-tapping screws are listed as Black in every version, so ask our team if you need them to match a Bronze or White fence. Some colors may be marked coming soon, so confirm availability before you order.
No mounting hardware is listed in the kit. A 2.75 2-way Post Baseplate is sold separately. For concrete footings, follow the included instructions and your local code.
