After pretreatmentElectrostatic boothsThe aluminum is grounded so the powder is drawn onto it. Two booths, left and right, for 360Ā° coverage.
After pretreatmentLED inspectionEvery piece is checked under LED light. Anything missed comes off the line and is recoated.
After pretreatmentCooling roomPieces cool under LEDs for a final check, then come off the hangers to be wrapped and shipped.
