These 1/4 inch aluminum fence slat spacers from Aluglobus Aluminum Systems fit between the slats inside the 2.75 2-way post and set a 1/4 gap from slat to slat. That is the narrowest spacing of the three Gen 3.0 spacer packs, for a fence where you want the slats to read as close to a solid face as a gapped design allows. Each pack holds 32 pieces.
The price list includes one pack of 32 (Box) 1/4" spacers in the Alu 40 Wood look 6ft x 6ft Height Fence Kit, which is listed with a Min. Gap 1/4". That kit pairs 16pcs of Alu 40 Wood look slats with one (Box) 2way Post Kit and this spacer pack. If you are building that layout yourself, or adding sections to it, this is the matching pack. Keep the same gap on every post of the run so the slat lines stay level from panel to panel.
Not every slat is listed for a 1/4 gap. The price list notes a minimum gap of 3/8 in. for the boxed Alu 40 8 ft slats. If your slat has a minimum gap above 1/4 in., choose the 3/8 in. spacer pack instead, or ask our team to confirm.

(Pack of 32pcs) 2.75 2-way Post Spacers 1/4 in. is made from aluminum 6063-t6, finished with AAMA 2604 Super-Durable Powder Coating in black, bronze.
6063-T6 is an architectural aluminum alloy made for extruded profiles. It gives clean, consistent shapes and takes a powder coating evenly, which is why it is widely used for fences, gates and other exterior building products.
AAMA 2604 is the American Architectural Manufacturers Association specification for high-performance organic coatings, powder coatings included, on aluminum extrusions. It sets test requirements for outdoor color and gloss retention, chalking and corrosion resistance.
