A 4″ heavy-duty aluminum perimeter frame carries the moving gate and resists sagging. The slats are the finish; the frame is the structure.

Fine 2″ ALU20 lines

Prepare the installation areaConfirm the opening, side runback, finished grade, drainage, utilities, and a suitable foundation. Secure the support and guide posts for the actual loads and site.
Assemble the gate frameUse the supplied inner corner brackets and connectors to build the perimeter and secondary frame square, level, and to the approved dimensions.
Install the sliding mechanismSet the channel or track straight and level. Attach the C wheels and upper guide roller so the leaf travels without binding or excessive movement.
Set the stopper and catcherPosition the stopper and catcher to control travel, support the closed gate, and protect the hardware from overrun.

Is this gate suitable for large driveways?

The listed gate is 12 feet wide and is intended for vehicle-entry applications. Confirm the required clear opening, gate leaf dimension, frame tail, post positions, and side runback before ordering.

Does the gate slide smoothly?

The kit includes C wheels, a channel system, a guide roller, a stopper, and a catcher. Smooth movement depends on straight and level track work, square frame assembly, correct guide pressure, clean travel, and regular inspection.

Will the aluminum rust over time?

Assemble the gate frame

Use the supplied inner corner brackets and connectors to build the perimeter and secondary frame square, level, and to the approved dimensions.

Install the sliding mechanism

Set the channel or track straight and level. Attach the C wheels and upper guide roller so the leaf travels without binding or excessive movement.

Set the stopper and catcher

Position the stopper and catcher to control travel, support the closed gate, and protect the hardware from overrun.

Plan the optional motor

Install the included motor bracket only as required for the selected operator. Coordinate power, controls, loops, photo eyes, edges, emergency access, and required safety devices.

Make final adjustments
