A finish built to last outdoors.

Every patio system is finished through a 7-stage powder coating process, with an AAMA 2604 compliant approach.

Prep before powder. Most coating failures start before the powder goes on, so every part is pretreated in stages first.
110 ft oven. Long-span beams and patio profiles cure in one piece in a 110 ft powder coating oven.
Adhesion and corrosion resistance. The pretreatment helps the powder bond and protects the aluminum outdoors.
Colors and woodgrain. Black, white, custom colors and woodgrain-look finishes with TIGER and Cardinal powders.

Starting packages are $7,900 (from 10 x 10 ft), $12,400 (from 12 x 16 ft) and $16,400 (from 16 x 20 ft) for a standard material package.

What size are the insulated panels?

The panels are 3 in x 4 ft x 24 ft, in white or wood-like styles.

Can I add lights and fans?

Yes. LED channels, LED strips, recessed lights with an LED beam and ceiling fans can be planned into the roof.

Can it be attached to the house?

Yes. It can be freestanding or attached, depending on the structure and engineering.
