7-stage powder coating

A finish built to last outdoors.

Every patio system is finished through a 7-stage powder coating process, with an AAMA 2604 compliant approach.

Prep before powder. Most coating failures start before the powder goes on, so every part is pretreated in stages first.
110 ft oven. Long-span beams and patio profiles cure in one piece in a 110 ft powder coating oven.
Adhesion and corrosion resistance. The pretreatment helps the powder bond and protects the aluminum outdoors.
Colors and woodgrain. Black, white, custom colors and woodgrain-look finishes with TIGER and Cardinal powders.

How much does an aluminum beam pergola cost?

Starting packages are $4,130 (from 10 x 10 ft), $5,865 (from 12 x 16 ft) and $8,630 (from 16 x 20 ft) for a standard material package.

Can I add a roof later?

A light-filtering polycarbonate top can be planned on the beam structure. See ALU LUMEN.

Why aluminum instead of wood?

Aluminum does not rot, warp or need repainting, and it is non-combustible.

Which post and beam sizes are available?

6 x 6 and 7 x 7 in posts in 10, 12 or 14 ft heights, with 2 x 8 or 2 x 10 in beams in 16, 20 or 24 ft lengths.

Can I add lighting and fans?

Yes. LED channels, LED strip lights, recessed lights with an LED beam and ceiling fans can be planned into the system.

Which frame colors are available?
