Before You Buy a Fence, Gate, or Patio... See Where It Actually Comes From

Inside the factory

See where your patio cover is actually made.

Aluglobus fabricates its own aluminum systems and ships them factory direct to homeowners and contractors across the U.S. Our most-watched video, with 250,041 views, walks through the shop.

  • Project-specific fabrication, not fixed kit sizes
  • Punching, laser cutting, milling and bending in the shop
  • 7-stage powder coating with a 110 ft oven for long profiles
  • Packed and shipped to your job site or warehouse

7-stage powder coating

A finish built to last outdoors.

Every patio system is finished through a 7-stage powder coating process, with an AAMA 2604 compliant approach.

  • Prep before powder. Most coating failures start before the powder goes on, so every part is pretreated in stages first.
  • 110 ft oven. Long-span beams and patio profiles cure in one piece in a 110 ft powder coating oven.
  • Adhesion and corrosion resistance. The pretreatment helps the powder bond and protects the aluminum outdoors.
  • Colors and woodgrain. Black, white, custom colors and woodgrain-look finishes with TIGER and Cardinal powders.
