Every patio system is finished through a 7-stage powder coating process, with an AAMA 2604 compliant approach.

Prep before powder. Most coating failures start before the powder goes on, so every part is pretreated in stages first.
110 ft oven. Long-span beams and patio profiles cure in one piece in a 110 ft powder coating oven.
Adhesion and corrosion resistance. The pretreatment helps the powder bond and protects the aluminum outdoors.
Colors and woodgrain. Black, white, custom colors and woodgrain-look finishes with TIGER and Cardinal powders.

How is the louver roof operated?

The 8 in. aluminum blades are motorized and adjusted by remote control, so you can open them for sun and airflow or close them for shade and rain cover.

What electrical work is needed?

The motorized roof needs power for the motor and transformer. Electrical preparation is planned as part of the project, and lighting pathways can be reviewed at the same time.

How is rainwater handled?

Drainage is part of the project review, including gutter planning, roof direction and attachment conditions, so water is routed away from the patio.

Why choose cantilever over a standard louver pergola?

A cantilever layout removes posts from the front edge, keeping furniture layouts and views more open. It does require engineering review for each site.
