Prep before powder. Most coating failures start before the powder goes on, so every part is pretreated in stages first.
110 ft oven. Long-span beams and patio profiles cure in one piece in a 110 ft powder coating oven.
Adhesion and corrosion resistance. The pretreatment helps the powder bond and protects the aluminum outdoors.
Colors and woodgrain. Black, white, custom colors and woodgrain-look finishes with TIGER and Cardinal powders.

Is this a fixed-size kit or a custom package?

It is a quote-based material package. Starter, Standard and Large give a starting size range, and the final package is built around your actual dimensions, projection, post placement and slat layout.

Why does a cantilever cover need engineering review?

With no posts at the front edge, the roof is carried by the rear structure, so loads, span and attachment must be checked for each site. Engineering review is required for every cantilever layout.

Which slat profile should I choose?

The slat roof can be planned with ALU-20, ALU-40 or ALU-60 T&G profiles depending on the look and layout you want. Tell us your preferred style and we will confirm the best fit for your span.

Does a slat roof keep rain out?

No. Fixed slats give filtered shade and airflow, not a waterproof roof. For full rain cover look at the solid insulated panel or automatic louver cantilever kits.

Can lighting be added?

Yes. LED strips, recessed lights, beam lighting and electrical pathways can be reviewed as part of your project.
