Prep before powder. Most coating failures start before the powder goes on, so every part is pretreated in stages first.
110 ft oven. Long-span beams and patio profiles cure in one piece in a 110 ft powder coating oven.
Adhesion and corrosion resistance. The pretreatment helps the powder bond and protects the aluminum outdoors.
Colors and woodgrain. Black, white, custom colors and woodgrain-look finishes with TIGER and Cardinal powders.

What does the insulated roof panel add?

The solid insulated panels give full shade and a clean finished ceiling, and are designed for more comfort than an open shade structure.

Will it keep rain off the patio?

It is a solid roof, and roof slope, gutter planning and water direction are reviewed for each project. Final drainage depends on your layout and attachment.

Can I add fans or lights?

Yes. LED strips, recessed lights, fan planning and electrical pathways can be reviewed with your project.

Is the cantilever version right for me?
