- Set up a clean workspace, plastic wrap all materials to prevent scratches, and use a blower around cutting areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Trim the vertical boards to the desired height. Install the reducer into the groove of the gate frame to accommodate 3/4” or 1” slats.
- Trim the horizontal slats to the required size. Slide them into the frame grooves and secure them with screws on the front and back of the gate frame.
- Snap on the cover pieces for a finished, clean look.
- Attach the L-stopper to the gate. Install the heavy-duty bearings into the pivot hinges (top and bottom) and connect the side posts to the wall. Slide the pivot hinge into the side wall, ensuring secure mounting.

Align and mount the gates onto the pivot hinges. If using a lock and key system, install the pre-prepared core hole and striker plate.
