At AluGlobus Fence Wholesale, each of our aluminum products is custom-extruded and cut to specific sizes to meet the unique requirements of our clients. As such, we do not accept returns on these products. This policy ensures the integrity of our custom manufacturing process and allows us to maintain high quality standards.

Exchange Policy

While returns are not accepted, we do offer exchanges in certain cases. All items must be inspected and approved for exchange by our team. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as manufacturing defects or damages that occur in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe an exchange may be necessary.

Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Retain all original packaging, and provide photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Once we assess the situation, we’ll determine if an exchange or replacement is appropriate.
