While returns are not accepted, we do offer exchanges in certain cases. All items must be inspected and approved for exchange by our team. Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis for issues such as manufacturing defects or damages that occur in transit. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if you believe an exchange may be necessary.
If an item arrives damaged, please notify us immediately. Retain all original packaging, and provide photos of the damage within 48 hours of delivery. Once we assess the situation, weтАЩll determine if an exchange or replacement is appropriate.
